Delivery terms
Nanou B only deliver in South Africa.
We offer two delivery options :
The post office counter to counter or a courier company.
Any purchase valued at less than R1000 will be charged a R60 shipping fee by courier where the delivery address is in central areas within South Africa. For outlying areas a charge of R120 will be applicable to your purchase within South Africa. A charge of R50 will be applicable to your purchase if you use the post anywhere in South Africa for a parcel of maximum 2kg . Free delivery only applies to those orders over the amount of R1000.

Delivery times
Our delivery times are 3-5 working days to central areas within South Africa. For outlying and remote areas within South Africa, 7-9 working days will be applicable depending on the delivery address. We strive to deliver on time as promised. However, things do happen beyond our control and therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within this time frame. Delivery times outside of South Africa will be given to you once a quotation has been accepted on the applicable costs.

Nanou B currently delivers to physical addresses via courier all over South Africa. Fastway couriers deliver every month so we need you or someone you trust to sign for the parcel upon arrival at your door. If you are not always at home, then please indicate an alternative address such as a business address, as our couriers deliver during office hours. If it happens that the courier delivers and no one is there to sign for the parcel, they will phone you on your indicated telephone number and arrange a more suitable time. Please note deliveries to select remote or outlying areas, may require your nanouB subscription to be sent via the post office. If this is the case, you will be informed of this prior to the delivery. You will receive an email from Fastway with your individual tracking number, so that you can trace your parcel. Please note that Fastway sends the emails as soon as the waybills have been printed, so your delivery information will not be available on their website immediately. You can check up on your delivery status on the Fastway  websites.

Returns Policy
Should you wish to return the product, you have 7 days from date of delivery to return your order. Please contact the Head Office or 0727178092 to initiate the return. The item must be returned to us via your own delivery method and at your own expense. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) which must be unworn and received in the same condition they were sent out in, we will then refund you within 7 (seven) business days. In the case of our error, the goods will be collected at our expense. When an order is placed with gift vouchers or promotional vouchers, we will issue new vouchers to be used online to the same value.
